Festive Fans
Keep cool on the Fourth with a festive fan!
Materials and Preparation
Get the necessary supplies:
• construction paper (red, white, and blue)
• popsicle sticks
• glue
• scissors
1. Glue two popsicle sticks together to make a longer stick. Fold the blue construction paper in half. Once the glue on the popsicle stick has dried, insert the popsicle stick in the middle of the two half’s and glue the edges.
2. Cut the white and red construction paper into stripes. Then lay and glue the red and white stripes on one side of the fan.
3. Once the glue is dry, decorate the fan for a fun and festive holiday favor.
